Member Guilds
Artisans United was established when several local guilds of artisans got together in the 1980s to form a larger group with the goal of promoting the visual arts and fine crafts, collaborating on community outreach projects and working on different strategies to market activites as well as fine craft products. Currently, we have nine member guilds on board in addition to the group of independent gallery artisans. Each guild pays annual dues as a group. The Craft Gallery of Artisans United waves annual membership fee for individual guild members when juried into the gallery.
Guild Membership Benefits
Guild membership benefits include use of our meeting rooms in the Fred M. Packard Center, collaborative activities among guilds and artisans of The Craft Gallery and with the public, use of webspace on www.artisansunited.org, guild activities announced on www.artisansunited.org, through social media such as Facebook and Twitter and through word of mouth.
